Feng Shui Tips for Attracting Love TV’s in the Bedroom

Feng Shui is a Chinese discipline that utilizes the laws of Earth and Heaven to improve one’s life through the physical orientation of buildings, rooms, furniture, and other belongings. Historically, it was used mainly in religious establishments but in recent years Feng Shui has become commonplace in many homes and businesses. More specifically, this ancient Chinese geomancy has many powers to help with specific areas. For instance, many people utilize this discipline to attract love or improve their current love lives.

There are a variety of specific Feng Shui techniques that are geared towards attracting love. Placing objects in twos throughout the entire home is one such technique that helps couples feel closer together. Two specific materials that can be used throughout the home to cultivate an environment of love include crystal and rose quartz. These are called Feng Shui cures because they help attract the specific type of energy that one seeks and in this case that energy is love. The placement of these items should be in the Southwest which is the direction of love and marriage in this Chinese discipline.

There are multiple elements in Feng Shui so when working to improve the quality of love within a home or, more specifically, a bedroom it is important to know the proper elements to use. Earth and Fire are the two main elements that positively increase the love energy. This means that items and furnishings with these elements such as stump furniture, artwork focusing on nature, and fireplaces should all be placed in the room whenever possible. There are also elements to use minimally, however, in rooms in which love energy is to be increased. Water and Metal are the two major components that do not belong in the bedroom.

In Feng Shui, there is something called a love trinity. This trinity consists of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Unbalanced Feng Shui in any of these three rooms can lead to a lower love energy throughout the entire home so it is vital to pay special attention to this trinity. The kitchen should have plenty of lighting, clutter should be eliminated whenever possible, fresh flowers should be placed within the kitchen, and a color such as yellow is suggested as it helps with digestion. The bathroom should utilize Earth elements as much as possible and ideally be placed within the center of the home. However, a division between the bathroom and bedroom is essential.

Of all the items in the bedroom, the bed is by far the most important when it comes to cultivating a loving energy. The bed should have a balance on each side to encourage feelings of equality and respect. For example, matching end tables should be on either side of the bed along with similar lighting, pictures, or décor. The placement of the bed itself is also important. It should not be pushed tightly into one corner, for instance, because that creates a feeling of inequality for the partners. The bed should also consist mainly of colors that are Earth tones such as greens and browns for the most effective Feng Shui results.

Colors and scents are two more important components of Feng Shui to take into account when cultivating a loving environment. Essential oils are the preferred way to distribute scents throughout the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, scented candles work as well. Use scents such as lavender which is calming and shown to be an aphrodisiac. When it comes to color, much is a matter of preference but Earth and Fire have certain colors that should be used for best results. Fire represents sexual energy and passion and consists of colors such as reds, strong yellows, oranges, and purples. Earth represents nourishment and stability in love and consists of colors such as light yellows, beige, and sandy tones.

There are many ways to utilize the ancient Chinese discipline of Feng Shui to create a home that is full of a positive loving energy to improve current relationships as well as attract new ones. Remember to focus on the Feng Shui of the love trinity with colors, scents, item placement, cures, element selection, and special attention on the bed itself. This will effectively create a home of love.
